Engineering reliable platforms. Building what's next.

We help businesses spend less on technology, get work done faster and keep their systems available as they grow — as consultants, as the team that builds your product from scratch, and as makers of our own products.

What we do

Three ways we work

Advice and hands-on engineering, products built for you, and products of our own.

  1. 01

    Consulting & engineering

Best-practice solutions for your infrastructure, platforms, data and AI workloads — designed to be cost-optimised and high-performing, and implemented hands-on.

    • Architecture reviews and practical recommendations
    • Cost and performance optimisation
    • Implementation and automation alongside your team
  2. 02

    Product design & development

Have an idea or a need? We design your product from the ground up and build it with you — working closely together from the first sketch to a running product.

    • Discovery: understanding the need, users and constraints
    • Architecture and design sized for where you are going
    • Build, launch and operate — with you at every step
  3. 03

    Our own products

We also design, build and launch our own software. It keeps us close to what it really takes to ship and run a product.

    • Designed, built and run in-house
    • Proof of what we can build for you

One goal behind every solution

Spend less, move faster, stay available, scale with demand.

Whatever the problem, every solution we design aims at the same results for your business. Tell us what you need — we're ready to design the right solution for it.

  • Spend less
  • Save time
  • Stay available
  • Scale with demand

Practical help with the systems underneath your product

Lower costs, systems that stay up and stay fast, and less manual work — designed and delivered hands-on.

  1. 01Key focus

    Cost Optimisation & Reduction

Cut what you spend on cloud and infrastructure — without cutting reliability or speed.

  2. 02

    High Availability & Performance

Systems that stay up, recover fast and respond quickly — even at peak load.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure Modernisation

Move from legacy setups to a modern platform — to lower costs, raise availability and speed things up.

  4. 04Key focus

Automation for Anything — with AI

Workflows that automate your everyday tasks — from releases and operations to data handling and AI-assisted decisions. Save time, cut errors.

  5. 05

    Data Management & AI Platforms

Organised, reliable data — and platforms that put AI into everyday use.

  6. Not sure which of these fits? Most real problems span more than one.

What we can build

Working proofs of concept, explained in plain language. Technical details are one click away.

AI / ML · Software ArchitectureProof of concept

AI agents that investigate alerts and explain their verdict

An AI assistant reviews each security event, decides which checks to run — login history, IP reputation, a web search — and writes a plain-language verdict, alerting the team only when the risk is high.

Useful for

  • Reducing alert fatigue in operations and security teams
  • Triaging large volumes of log events
  • Prototyping agent-based automation in a controlled way
Technical details

LLM-supervised multi-agent threat detection

Problem

Streams of security log events are too noisy for fixed rules alone, but sending everything to an analyst does not scale.

Approach

A LangGraph supervisor lets an LLM decide which tools to call for each event — heuristic scoring, a SQL lookup of recent logins, IP reputation, web search — and produce a plain-English verdict, alerting Slack when risk is high.

Scale with the work that is waiting, not just with CPU

Background workers add capacity automatically when messages pile up in a queue, and scale down to save money when it is quiet.

Useful for

  • Background jobs and queue processing
  • Cutting the cost of idle servers
  • Absorbing traffic spikes without anyone stepping in
Technical details

Event-driven autoscaling with KEDA

Problem

Queue-driven workloads often sit idle or fall behind because CPU and memory are poor signals for how much work is waiting.

Approach

Producer and consumer services for AWS SQS and Kafka, plus a CPU-intensive workload, deployed with KEDA ScaledObjects that scale on queue length, consumer lag or CPU load.

From model training to a live, auto-scaling API — automatically

A pipeline that trains several versions of a model, picks the best one and puts it live as a service that grows and shrinks with demand. No manual hand-offs between data science and operations.

Useful for

  • Teams that train models but still deploy them by hand
  • Making machine-learning results reproducible and auditable
  • Serving models whose traffic goes up and down
Technical details

Kubeflow Pipelines + KServe: end-to-end MLOps on Kubernetes

Problem

Training, comparing and deploying models by hand is slow and hard to reproduce. Teams need a repeatable path from training run to a scalable inference endpoint.

Approach

A Kubeflow pipeline trains several models in parallel with different learning rates, selects the most accurate one and deploys it automatically as an auto-scaling KServe inference service, with artifacts stored in MinIO.

I build and optimise data processing infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud — and the platforms, automation and MLOps workflows that keep it reliable in production.

My background is in DevOps and software engineering. I build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and tune cloud-native applications for availability, resilience and cost. I have also moved monolithic applications to microservices — work where understanding both the application and the platform makes the difference.
